1. Introduction

Introspect Technologies Ltd ("we", or "us") is a company registered in England and Wales whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ, and whose registered number is 13106979.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (the ICO) with registration number: ZB008454.

2. Collection of your Data

When you make use of our Service you grant access to your data held by third-party Providers ("Providers").

These Providers may include, but are not limited to:

Payment Service Providers;
Ecommerce Platform Providers;
Account Servicing Payment Service Providers (i.e. any payment service provider, such as a bank or a credit card issuer that maintains an online payment account on your behalf) (“ASPSPs”)

The information we collect and process will be used to run our Service.

3. Storage of your Data

We take the security of your personal information very seriously and have appropriate physical, technical and administrative procedures in place to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure as required by law in England.

The data which collect on your behalf is stored in computing infrastructure owned and managed by Google Cloud Platform ("GCP") and provided to us as a commercial service.

We will store your data in a GCP data centre located in the United Kingdom. However, subject to paragraph 4.4 of our Terms and Conditions we reserve the right to store your data outside of your own country to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Use of your Data

We will not keep your Personal Data for longer than necessary. We will delete your Personal Data as soon as it is no longer needed to provide the Services to you or upon termination of the Terms of Service.

As stated in paragraph 4.6 of our Terms and Conditions we may provide your data to third parties if we are required to do so by any applicable law or court order.

As stated in paragraph 5.2 of our Terms and Conditions we will use data received in the provision of our service to generate anonymised payments and financial statistics.

These statistics include, but are not limited to, the usage of different payment types, the proportion of transactions which are successful and unsuccessful, the average amount of transactions.

The process of generating these statistics removes all information that identifies your business as the source of the data.

5. Deletion of your Data

As defined in Section 17 of your Terms and Conditions you may cancel your account at any time in order to stop using the service.

Upon cancellation of your account we will cease collecting data on your behalf.

Following a period of 7 working days ("Cooling-Off Period") we will permanently delete all data held in order to provide the service to you.

We reserve the right to retain data necessary for meeting legal and regulatory requirements after your account has been deleted.

If you wish to cancel the deletion of your account and associated data you may do so at any point during the Cooling-Off Period.

Once your account has been deleted if you subsequently create a new account Introspect then this will be completely separate to any accounts held previously and will not contain any data held by us within these accounts.

As defined in Section 16 of our Terms and Conditions we may terminate your account due to non-payment of fees following which all data held to in to provide the service to you will be deleted.

6. Cookies Policy

We collect data about how you interact with our website through the use of cookies. Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we store on your browser or the hard drive of your computer if you agree. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive.
